Toshiba has announced the US availability of the 10.1-inch Toshiba AT200 slate in Q1 of 2012 under the Excite X10 name. The 10.1-inch tablet display has resolution of 1280×800 with 178-degree viewing angles. The 0.3 inches thick Excite X10 is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4430 Cortex A9 SoC paired with 1GB of RAM, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing cam, Micro HDMI, Micro USB, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.
