We’ve all heard the rumors of the long overdue Apple tablet. However, until recently, rumors have been going crazy about a Microsoft tablet. Microsoft has always been a big fan of tablets, supporting them heavily with Windows versions for such devices. The new tablet project has only been deep inside Microsoft, until now. Codenamed Courier, the product is real and is in the “late prototype” stage. So what does this tablet offer in comparison to others? First of all, it features dual 7-inch displays that are multitouch, support flicking and drawing with a stylus, designed for writing, and works great with fingers. The list goes on with a camera on the back and wireless charging similar to the Palm Pre. With products such as the Surface, Zune HD, Windows 7, and now the Courier tablet, it’s very clear that Microsoft is shifting into high gear when it comes to design and touch technology.
